Laboratories cannot deal with downtimes. This is why our service offering ensures consistent work. Beginning with the installation and user training, across the support of application inquiries, the annnual service of your PIRO®, up to the regular calibration of the pipetting heads or repairs of technical malfunctions.

Once a year the PIRO® should be serviced. The calibration of your pipetting head will be done in our service center. An onsite service visit will last no more than three hours. Keeping to a minimal your down time.

The calibration of your pipetting head will be done in our service center. For that time frame when the calibration is taking place, you can loan a spare head from your distributor. The spare head can be replaced within seconds.

The PIRO® is very easy to program thanks to its intuitive operable software. The DORNIER LabTech Systems-Team would be pleased to support you for more complex applications if needed. Whether by advising via phone or thru the exchange of project templates via Email. Always ensuring that you are not wasting your time.
